Hayatullah Hayat: In answer to your question, it should be said that according to the amendments made to the statute in the second congress; All professional members of the Attorney General's Office are members of this association. According to the approved articles of association; One of the important goals of this association is to protect the rights of the country's prosecutors, and the fight against corruption and the fight against violence against women and other issues are registered in the association's statute

The Attorney General's Office is registered with the Ministry of Justice as a social and trade union body of prosecutors

In the private or public sphere, that is, your civic and professional activities and work, and the activities of the Union of Attorneys you lead, what have you done to address these barriers, including gender discrimination, and what are your plans for the future

Hayatullah Hayat: The Association of Afghan Prosecutors in order to achieve the goals of the Association, which is to ensure social justice; As a union of prosecutors and members of the country's civil society, it has conducted interviews and press conferences, including partner proposals for improving the status of prosecutors and securing their material and intellectual rights with the people and the partner government. According to the statutes provided by the Congress, the Association has a committee called Women and Children's Rights, and the Deputy Chairman of its committees, including elite women and prosecutors, has been elected. He mentioned that they had a practical and significant fight against gender discrimination. Undoubtedly, women in our country, especially educated women, have been able to achieve a good position in the system according to their talents and work skills. Without any superiority in the administration of the female attorney general, they have done good and valuable work

Who are the reliable resources and centers inside Afghanistan to advance the rights and demands of women prisoners

Hayatullah Hayat: In this case, it should be explained a little that the investigative and prosecuting authorities, such as the Attorney General's Office, pay more attention to men than men to investigate and refer cases of accused women, and women who are convicted by a court are imprisoned. Women are specifically deprived of their liberty.
